Job Description

The Senior ERP Specialist will develop and implement scalable solutions for clients migrating to Infor-LN 10.7. This role requires 7+ years of experience in Infor-LN/Baan ERP development, strong project management skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. The candidate will collaborate with clients, mentor junior resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement solid, scalable and flexible solutions to support clients migrating from LN 10.5 to LN10.7(Multisite), Independent GAPs and other project
  • Interact with functional people/process experts to understand new requirement, issues in depth and architect solutions and do development or delegate the development to offshore and if needed provide immediate solutions
  • Perform liaison activities between client and offshore team on regulate basis to ensure there is no gap
  • Work with offshore lead to ensure delivery commitments, forecast capacity, identify and mitigate risks
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior resources to ensure commitments are meet

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Infor-LN/Baan ERP Development and enhancements
  • 1+ years of experience on collaborating directly with client on requirement gathering, architecting solutions, collaborating, and liaising activities with offshore team
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding/exposure to at least one of the following Infor products: ION, Bartender, Infor XM, BIRD, IRD
  • Experience with Solumina MES application
  • Any technical certification in Infor ERP
