Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/SCM/CRM/BI Consultant to support a critical enterprise content management environment in Boston, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position focuses heavily on Hyland OnBase administration, workflow support, and day-to-day operational stability for a platform that manages essential mortgage and business documentation across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong troubleshooting ability, hands-on knowledge of OnBase tools, and a service-oriented approach to supporting users and maintaining reliable document processing.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily administration of the Hyland OnBase platform, ensuring the system remains stable, accessible, and efficient for enterprise users
  • Investigate and resolve workflow interruptions, processing failures, and document, batch, process, or user lock issues to minimize operational delays
  • Monitor verification reports, document queues, and batch activity to identify exceptions, stalled items, and processing concerns before they affect business operations
  • Configure and manage OnBase administrative components using tools such as Configuration, Client, Studio, and Unity Management Console
  • Set up new users, maintain appropriate security access, and support role- and privilege-based administration within the platform
  • Provide responsive assistance for end-user tickets, including issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and guidance on system usage
  • Deliver onboarding and routine Unity-based training for new users, reinforcing standard processes and effective use of the application
  • Support document ingestion and batch processing activities tied to key organizational workflows and coordinate with vendors or internal teams when deeper technical troubleshooting is required
  • Contribute to additional application support efforts when needed, which may include Microsoft 365 tools, DocuSign, SharePoint, Teams, Blueworks, or Power Platform-related requests

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience administering Hyland OnBase, including Configuration, Client, Studio, and Unity Management Console
  • Advanced knowledge of OnBase Workflow with the ability to analyze errors, resolve lock conditions, and troubleshoot failed processing
  • Familiarity with document queue setup, monitoring practices, and batch-oriented document ingestion processes
  • Understanding of OnBase user administration and security management, including roles, groups, and permissions
  • Experience supporting enterprise users in a production environment with a strong customer service mindset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft-based technologies, including Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to varied audiences

Nice to have

Relevant OnBase certifications, such as System Administrator or Workflow Administrator credentials, are highly valued
