Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/SCM/CRM/BI Consultant to maintain and enhance business systems for our organization in Dallas, Texas. This role involves supporting system functionality, optimizing workflows, and delivering tailored solutions to meet diverse business needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing technical systems while fostering collaboration across departments.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer and maintain the ERP system, ensuring proper user access, permissions, and system configurations
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot functional and technical issues within the ERP system, collaborating with external vendors when required
  • Monitor system performance, execute upgrades, and perform database maintenance tasks
  • Work closely with departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Manufacturing to align system capabilities with business processes
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements to support operational needs
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and streamline business processes within the ERP system
  • Create and maintain queries, stored procedures, and formatted searches to optimize system functionality
  • Develop and modify reports using tools such as Crystal Reports and Domo to support data analytics and dashboard integration
  • Facilitate integration of the ERP system with third-party applications to support additional business functionalities
  • Provide end-user training, troubleshooting, and documentation for system features and enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP systems, with hands-on expertise in system configuration and management
  • Proficiency in SQL for creating and managing queries, views, and stored procedures
  • Experience with Crystal Reports and other reporting tools for data visualization and analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to support cross-functional collaboration
  • Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions

Nice to have

Familiarity with Boyum solutions, Beas Light Manufacturing, or warehouse management systems is a plus

  • Provide responsive assistance for end-user tickets, including issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and guidance on system usage
  • Deliver onboarding and routine Unity-based training for new users, reinforcing standard processes and effective use of the application
  • Support document ingestion and batch processing activities tied to key organizational workflows and coordinate with vendors or internal teams when deeper technical troubleshooting is required
