Job Description

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to own and grow our French market. This is a brand-new role with full ownership of France, designed for an experienced, autonomous sales professional who thrives on building pipeline from scratch, shaping go‑to‑market approaches, and delivering results end‑to‑end.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and grow sales exclusively within France
  • Define and execute a France-specific go-to-market and territory strategy
  • Build pipeline from the ground up through target account planning, outbound and inbound activity, networking and market engagement
  • Take full ownership of the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract close
  • Analyse the market, mature prospects, and develop long-term client relationships
  • Position the full IFS software portfolio as a strategic solution to customer challenges
  • Lead customer discovery sessions, presentations, and commercial discussions
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Work collaboratively with the wider French team and global functions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Represent Arcwide as a trusted advisor, not a transactional seller
  • Play a key role in shaping future sales structure, with the opportunity to build and lead a sales team as the French market grows

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B enterprise software or IT services sales
  • Proven background selling complex solutions within Software, ERP or Enterprise systems in a consultancy environment
  • Demonstrated success owning and delivering the full sales lifecycle
  • Strong ability to generate leads and build pipeline independently
  • Experience developing and maturing new markets or territories
  • Commercially curious, analytical, and confident experimenting with new sales approaches
  • Autonomous, resilient, energetic, and results-driven
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Based in or able to commute regularly to Paris

What we offer

  • Competitive Salary
  • Benefits Packages including holidays, private healthcare insurance, pension contributions, wellness programmes, mobile phone and laptop
  • Hybrid working
  • Team-building events
  • Continuous learning
  • Equal and inclusive culture
