We are looking for an ERP Project Manager to guide Oracle HCM Cloud initiatives for a long-term contract opportunity based in Memphis, Tennessee. This position will work closely with HR, IT, and operational stakeholders to shape practical solutions that improve workforce processes and support business goals. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with Oracle Cloud implementations, strong project leadership skills, and the ability to carry programs from discovery through stabilization after launch.
Job Responsibility:
Direct Oracle HCM Cloud implementation efforts across planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
Partner with business leaders and technical teams to identify needs, clarify priorities, and convert operational goals into effective system solutions
Oversee configuration activities across Oracle HCM areas such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting, based on project scope
Coordinate data conversion work by managing cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and readiness for migration into the target environment
Support integration design and execution using Oracle-related tools, extracts, formulas, and connected platforms as needed
Establish and manage testing plans, including unit testing and broader user validation cycles, to confirm system quality and business readiness
Resolve functional issues during implementation and provide leadership during go-live and stabilization periods to minimize disruption
Prepare and maintain project artifacts, process documentation, status updates, and end-user training materials throughout the engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional project resources to recommend process improvements and promote delivery best practices
Monitor timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to keep the program aligned with scope and delivery expectations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from requirements discovery through deployment and post-go-live support
Hands-on background configuring one or more Oracle HCM modules within Oracle Cloud or Oracle Fusion HCM environments
Strong knowledge of HR operations, workforce data structures, and enterprise process design
Experience with data migration, reporting, and system integrations within Oracle HCM platforms
Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities in complex project environments
Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methods is preferred
