Our client is one of Belgium’s largest family-owned construction groups, active across construction, infrastructure and real estate. The construction sector is increasingly investing in digital transformation, ERP platforms and connected project tools to improve collaboration, planning and operational visibility. In this role, you will support a large-scale ERP transformation programme and act as the link between planning, business adoption and operational execution. You will guide integration teams during the transition, with a strong focus on stakeholder management, communication, ownership and pragmatic delivery.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate ERP integration activities and guide business teams through the implementation phase
Monitor planning, scope, priorities, risks, dependencies and delivery quality
Organise and follow up on governance moments, meetings and project routines
Support collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams and implementation partners
Coach and motivate integration teams during the transition, without direct line management responsibility
Support testing, master data preparation, training, hypercare and knowledge-sharing activities
Adapt communication approaches for different user groups, including office-based and warehouse teams
Report clearly on progress, blockers and next steps to the Business Transformation Manager
Requirements
Ambition to further develop your career in ERP project management and digital transformation within the construction sector
Solid experience as a project manager in ERP, business transformation or digital change programmes
Past experience in a project-driven environment is a strong plus
You’re at your best when bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex transformation settings
Your strengths are stakeholder management, communication, team coordination and pragmatic problem-solving
Working experience with ERP implementation environments, business processes and change adoption is key
Strong organisational, motivational and facilitation skills are needed in this job
Strong communication skills in English, Dutch or French
