Job Description

At 3Shape, we are pioneers in digital dentistry, dedicated to transforming the dental industry with innovative solutions that improve patient care and streamline dental workflows. We are seeking a responsible, organized and collaborative ERP Order Planner to join our Production Team in North Carolina. This role will plan, evaluate and print open orders from ERP. You will play a vital role that coordinates with different areas of the business like Warehousing, Quality and Production to meet delivery promises to the customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the ERP system by reviewing and unifying the sales order management and planning process
  • Support and train production employees on the standard and expectation of ERP provided by 3Shape’s Global Quality Department
  • Ensure ISO compliance, recording, and archiving of Device History Record (DHR) creation for medical devices
  • Uses integrated software to identify, document, and manage nonconformities and properly communicates the nonconformities to Quality Team
  • Inspects outgoing products including Intraoral scanners and Lab scanners in accordance with input of technical documentation
  • Uses the ERP system and data to understand and evaluate inventory and directs warehouse staff to pick stock ensuring compliance with FIFO rules
  • Creating, updating and approving quality and production documentation according to company needs
  • Follow 3Shape procedures, directives, standards, and policy requirements
  • Perform one’s job conscientiously and neatly

Requirements

  • Associates degree or 4 yrs work experience in manufacturing environment
  • Experienced with ERP systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experienced with ISO Guidelines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office required
  • Quality mindset with business approach
  • Ready to learn and to share your knowledge
  • Organized, consistent and communicative
  • Can work with minimal supervision after training
  • Able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20lbs regularly
