Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to all phases of the project from conceptual design to successful delivery
  • Assist in the creation of high-quality client deliverables (e.g. process flows, timelines, executive presentations)
  • Support business process analysis and assessments
  • Participate in software configuration, write functional specifications, and perform system testing
  • Take part in data migration and system conversion activities
  • Assist in implementing ERP modules
  • Help guide customers through the change management process

Requirements:

  • Completing or have completed a relevant Masters Degree e.g. IT, International Business, Economics etc.
  • Solid track record of learning and development (certifications or training are a plus)
  • Strong interest in business, technology, and operational processes
  • Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English (additional European languages are a bonus)

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor)
  • Client-focused mindset and the ability to work in international teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 60–70% of the time
