Job Description:

The ERP Integration Project Manager will lead the execution of ERP projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. This role requires a strong background in project management, particularly with Agile methodologies, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end ERP project execution from initiation through go-live and hypercare
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, sprint plans, and delivery schedules
  • Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items to ensure on-time delivery
  • Drive daily execution activities and remove delivery blockers for project teams
  • Execute projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid Agile methodologies appropriate for ERP delivery
  • Support and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Work closely with Product Owners and business leads to clarify requirements and prioritize work items
  • Ensure sprint commitments are realistic and met with high quality
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional ERP consultants, developers, integration specialists, testers, and business users
  • Ensure team members understand scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
  • Ensure business requirements are clearly documented, understood, and traceable to delivered functionality
  • Coordinate system testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution
  • Lead go-live readiness activities, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization support
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies early and track them through resolution
  • Escalate risks and delivery concerns in a timely and solution-oriented manner
  • Implement mitigation plans to minimize delivery impact
  • Provide clear, concise project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Maintain project documentation including plans, RAID logs, and decision records
  • Ensure transparency around progress, risks, and upcoming milestones

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of IT project management experience
  • 1+ years managing ERP implementation or enhancement projects
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience delivering projects using Agile or hybrid Agile methods
  • 1+ years experience supporting ERP projects in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or distribution environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field

Nice to have:

  • Experience in managing projects involving ERP platforms such as Infor (LN/M3), SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Exposure to ERP Functional Areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement), ERP integrations, data migration, and reporting
  • Certifications: PMP or CAPM
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification
  • ERP-related certifications
