We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to oversee the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud Fusion applications within our organization. This role will be responsible for managing configurations, ensuring system performance, and collaborating across multiple teams to align business processes with technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and expertise in Oracle Cloud solutions to drive innovation and efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and optimize Oracle Cloud Fusion applications across finance, procurement, supply chain, and project management functions
Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless operations and enhancements
Coordinate quarterly Oracle Cloud release cycles, including readiness reviews, regression testing, and communication of updates
Oversee change control processes, configuration management, and governance to maintain system compliance with internal standards
Collaborate with various departments to translate business requirements into effective Oracle Cloud configurations and workflows
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for incident resolution and system improvements
Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Integration teams to maintain efficient system integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and related platforms
Support reporting and analytics efforts through tools like BI Publisher and other business intelligence solutions
Provide functional and technical leadership to application analysts, system administrators, and business leads
Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with corporate governance and audit standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 10 years of progressive experience managing and supporting Oracle Cloud applications, with 5 years in a leadership role
Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials and HCM are highly preferred
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials, Middleware, and HCM SaaS applications
Strong knowledge of change management processes and system governance
Experience with Oracle NetSuite technologies and other integration platforms
Ability to create and manage business requirement documents effectively
Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
