Job Description:

In this role, you will guide the implementation of ERP systems and oversee business process management. Your role will be pivotal in managing customer accounts and handling customer inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Guide and oversee the implementation of global ERP systems, such as SAP, EPICOR
Exhibit proficiency in managing business processes in areas like finance, supply chain, and manufacturing
Demonstrate excellent project management skills by managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills, along with stakeholder management abilities
Adapt and work effectively in a dynamic environment
Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain precise customer credit records

Requirements:

Proficient in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
Must have experience with Cloud Technologies
Familiarity with CRM is a requirement
Expertise in using Epicor and Epicor ERP is necessary
Knowledge of AB Testing methods
Must possess Business Intelligence (BI) skills
Understanding of Business Process Functions is crucial
Ability to draft a Business Requirement Document
Strong skills in Change Management are necessary
