Job Description:

This role involves managing and integrating ERP systems and processes to improve operations and business processes of the organization using tools such as Business Intelligence, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Change Management, and Ellucian Banner.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the integration of ERP systems within the business, ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and effectively
Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to analyze, report, and make improvements to the business processes
Manage the Business Process Functions, ensuring that all processes are aligned with the business objectives
Develop and manage the Business Requirement Document, ensuring that all business requirements are clearly outlined and implemented
Oversee the Change Management process, ensuring that all changes are managed effectively and efficiently
Utilize the Ellucian Banner system to manage and improve the business processes
Monitor the performance of the ERP systems, identifying any issues and implementing solutions
Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure that the ERP systems are integrated effectively
Provide training and support to staff on the use of the ERP systems
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in ERP systems and technologies.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) is required, with a strong understanding of how to leverage this tool for strategic decision-making
Comprehensive knowledge of Business Process Functions, with the ability to analyze, design, and optimize these processes within an ERP environment
Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents, ensuring they accurately reflect the needs of the organization
Familiarity with Change Management principles and methodologies, with a focus on managing the human side of change within an ERP setting
Expertise in Ellucian Banner system is essential, including its implementation, customization, and maintenance.
