  • Lead and support ERP implementations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and change leader throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Configure and support primarily COTS (out-of-the-box) client environments
  • Troubleshoot issues independently and think critically under pressure
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure successful go-lives
  • Train users on how to use the system (not on accounting theory)

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in IT or Accounting
  • ERP implementation experience
  • Comfortable working directly with clients in high-impact situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent problem-solver with strong troubleshooting instincts
  • Ability to lead change and influence user adoption
  • Background spanning systems, finance, IT, or business systems
  • Exposure to SQL and analytics
  • Understanding of accounting principles
