We are partnering with a boutique technology firm to hire an ERP Implementation Specialist who thrives in remote, virtual client-facing environments and enjoys guiding teams through complex system change. This role is well-suited to someone who is charismatic, confident, and consultative. Someone who can build trust quickly, navigate challenging conversations, and support clients through high-pressure implementations.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support ERP implementations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and change leader throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Configure and support primarily COTS (out-of-the-box) client environments
  • Troubleshoot issues independently and think critically under pressure
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure successful go-lives
  • Train users on how to use the system (not on accounting theory)

  • Post-secondary education in IT or Accounting
