ERP Implementation Business analyst with Project Manager Experience- Access / Sage / Worx – Revised Day Rate. Please only apply if you can work in the client’s tight budget range of £300-£400 per day range. Client based in Rochdale, 2-3 days a week in the Rochdale offices. Outside IR35 | 6-Month Contract | Day Rate £300-£400 MAX Rate | Business Transformation. We’re supporting a manufacturing-led organisation delivering a two-phase ERP and business systems transformation and are looking for an experienced Access / Sage / Worx ERP Consultant to drive hands-on delivery. This is a delivery-critical contract focused on workflow automation, system configuration, integrations, and business adoption across Sales, Estimating, Contracts, Projects, Logistics, and Finance. The Assignment: You’ll act as the ERP Implementation Business analyst with Project Manager Experience for Access/Worx, owning day-to-day functional and technical delivery while working closely with the Programme Lead and implementation partner. The Opportunity: A high-impact contract role with genuine ownership of system delivery, stakeholder exposure, and the chance to shape a first-time-right ERP and workflow implementation.

Job Responsibility

  • Configuring Access / Worx workflows, including ITT, CEF, pricing matrices, margin controls, approvals, contract onboarding, variations, and “Ready to Order” controls
  • Ensuring configuration aligns to future-state operating model and finance processes
  • Providing functional SME input across Sales, Estimating, Commercial and Contracts
  • Supporting and shaping integrations between Worx, Access Finance / Sage, Winner Flex, Fusion, Tradeplace, and WMS platforms
  • Challenging vendors and preventing sub-optimal out-of-the-box implementations
  • Defining and supporting UAT scenarios, walkthroughs, and business validation
  • Supporting training, adoption, and reduction of spreadsheet dependency

Requirements

  • Proven delivery of ERP / workflow automation programmes
  • Strong Worx or comparable contracts system experience
  • Winner / Winner Flex exposure
  • Experience working across Sales, Estimating, Contracts, Project Management, and Finance

Nice to have

  • Manufacturing, construction, fit-out, or contract-led environments
  • Access or Sage Finance integration experience
  • Post go-live stabilisation and optimisation experience
