Job Description:

A Federal Government client requires a Level 3 ERP Functional Analyst to lead the technical implementation of an enhanced Warehouse Management (WM) solution. The primary goal is to replace aging legacy systems with a streamlined, integrated Oracle-based Supply Chain Management solution within the existing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) V12.2 environment. This role is critical for consolidating disparate warehouse applications into a single "source of truth," improving data integrity, and increasing the accuracy of inventory tracking.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide detailed advice and guidance regarding the implementation of Warehouse Management and enhancements to Inventory Management and Order Management (migrations, onboarding and related tasks)
  • such as but not limited to identifying areas where existing business processes can be improved, providing advice on industry best practices
  • Prepare the relevant project documentation, including migrations, onboarding, and related tasks. This involves presenting options, developing application functional strategies, planning and estimating the work required for implementing or enhancing the following modules: Warehouse Management
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Bill of Materials
  • Order Management
  • Inventory, and
  • Manufacturing
  • Participate in problem analysis monitoring and resolution
  • Assist with application configuration, functional analysis, data conversion, testing relating to the implementation of Warehouse Management and enhancements to Inventory Management and Order Management modules
  • Develop and document ERP functional, business and/or systems requirements specifications in preparation for the implementation of Warehouse Management and enhancements to Inventory Management and Order Management
  • Assist in development and execution of test plans
  • Assist in development and testing of various reports and functionality
  • Develop procedures and documentation
  • Participate in weekly status meetings of the functional team
  • Attend weekly status meeting of the functional and technical team, as scheduled
  • Provide related briefings and status reports to management

Requirements:

  • Graduation from a two-year post-secondary program in Computer Science, IT, Information Management, or a related specialty
  • A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience as defined in the TBIPS Supply Arrangement for this category
  • At least 8 years of functional experience within the last 15 years developing, delivering, and supporting Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
  • Minimum of 3 years of functional experience in a decentralized organization with at least 1,000 users
  • At least 3 years of experience specifically evaluating and re-engineering functional business processes in supply chain management
  • Successful completion of at least 3 projects (minimum 6 months each) involving the development and delivery of new or enhanced functionality in Oracle EBS/Fusion logistics or warehouse management modules
  • Valid Reliability Status security clearance and fluency in English
