To increase our local expertise, we are looking for an ERP Business Analyst, to reinforce our team in implementing IFS solutions. You will be based in our office in Turin (preferably) or in Milan reporting directly to a Project Manager.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to all project phases from the conceptual design to the successful implementation of the project
  • Support the development of high-quality client presentations and deliverables (scoping documents, business process flows, project timelines, executive readouts, etc.)
  • Assyst business process analysis and assessments
  • Perform software configuration, develop functional specifications, and conduct functional testing of the system
  • Participate to data migrations and system conversion activities
  • Under supervision of Project management you will be in charge of the implementation of the Finance modules (General Accounting, Treasury, Controlling, Asset Management…), you will support customers with your expertise and guiding in the change management process.

Requirements

  • Graduated (master’s degree) in Engineering, Economics, Finance or another relevant subject
  • With at least 1+ year experience in Finance/Controlling/Accounting/Audit
  • Fluent in Italian and English (other European languages will be considered as a plus)
  • Having experience in ERP implementation (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor, NetSuite etc) projects or as ERP end-user
  • Client-oriented work ethic with excellent international teamworking abilities
  • Able and available to travel up to 60-70% of the time.
