ERP Developer

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Enterprise Interface Builder
• Create, test, deploy, and enhance solutions within Workday Extend to meet organizational needs
• Automate data processes, including import/export tasks and user account modifications, for enterprise asset management systems
• Update and modify Appian applications by adding features, creating workflows, and enhancing user interfaces
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for both new and existing integrations
• Adhere to established standards and procedures during development, testing, and deployment phases
• Monitor system integrations for errors, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
• Conduct routine testing of integrations in preparation for biannual Workday releases
• Mentor and support other developers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing with attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with department management to ensure alignment with organizational goals and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Integration development
• Proficiency in tools such as Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Extend
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Experience working with web services, APIs, XML, JSON, and REST protocols
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts across functional and technical teams
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to remote sites as needed

Familiarity with Appian software and advanced programming models is a plus
