Job Description

Our Winnipeg client is seeking an experienced ERP Data Migration Analyst to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative for a HYRBID long term contact opportunity, The successful consultant will bring strong financial data knowledge, ERP migration experience, and the ability to analyze, validate, and prepare complex data sets to support a successful migration.

Job Responsibility

  • Support ERP data migration activities including data analysis, validation, cleansing, and preparation
  • Analyze financial and project accounting data to support migration requirements
  • Work with business and technical teams to review data quality, identify gaps, and resolve issues
  • Assist with mapping, transformation, and construction of data for ERP migration activities
  • Perform reporting and analysis using Excel, SQL, or other data analytics tools
  • Support testing, reconciliation, and validation of migrated data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure migration accuracy and business alignment

Requirements

  • Experience supporting ERP data migration initiatives
  • Strong financial accounting knowledge within ERP environments
  • Experience with Project Accounting concepts, including WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
  • Strong data analysis and validation skills
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • SQL or other data analytics/reporting experience preferred
  • Ability to work with large data sets and support migration readiness activities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders

Nice to have

  • SAP experience (ECC or S/4HANA)
  • Experience supporting finance-related ERP transformation programs
