Job Description

We are looking for an ERP/CRM Developer to join our team in Zeeland, Michigan and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. This role is well suited for a developer who enjoys building practical business applications, connecting systems, and improving data quality in a growing environment. You will work closely with colleagues across technical and operational teams to deliver reliable customizations, integrations, and documentation that support customer onboarding and day-to-day business needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Create, enhance, and validate AL extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support customer and operational requirements
  • Build and maintain integrations between Business Central, C# web applications, and external platforms through APIs and connected services
  • Use Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI and Power Automate to extend functionality and improve reporting and workflow automation
  • Investigate technical issues, perform debugging, and resolve defects across newly developed features and existing applications
  • Support software updates and ongoing application maintenance to keep solutions stable, secure, and aligned with business needs
  • Manage data migration and conversion activities for new customer implementations while preserving accuracy and consistency
  • Partner with team members and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, test plans, and functional outcomes
  • Prepare clear technical documentation, development specifications, and supporting materials for implemented solutions

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of development experience within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment
  • Hands-on proficiency with AL development and Visual Studio Code
  • Experience using Azure DevOps for source control, deployment workflows, or release management
  • Working knowledge of database concepts related to Business Central and familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Ability to develop or support system integrations using APIs, C#, or related technologies
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable practical experience is preferred
