Job Responsibility

Conduct AB Testing to validate system performance and make necessary adjustments
Manage API development to facilitate smooth interaction between different software systems
Handle configuration management duties to maintain system integrity

Oversee business process functions and make recommendations for improvement
Maintain proficiency in Microsoft applications relevant to the role
Use NetSuite and other ERP tools to optimize business processes and operations.
