ERP/CRM Developer

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other custom coding tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend solutions that align with Salesforce best practices
• Configure Salesforce workflows, automations, and validations to enhance system functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to APIs, portals, and other system integrations
• Implement and manage AppExchange applications as part of solution delivery
• Update system configurations, roles, profiles, and permissions to support user access and security
• Maintain dashboards and reports while ensuring data integrity across the platform
• Perform reviews of code and workflows to identify and address technical debt
• Document system configurations, workflows, and integration processes for future reference
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, reviews, and daily standups to align with project goals

• A minimum of three years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
• Proficiency in Salesforce tools including Apex, Lightning Platform, and AppExchange
• Strong understanding of API development and client-side scripting
• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents and configuration management processes
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and Jira workflows
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, for technical and business audiences

Salesforce certifications such as Administrator and Platform Developer I are preferred
