The ERP / CRM Developer is responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting enterprise ERP and CRM platforms to meet business and operational needs. This role works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, improve system performance, and ensure data integrity across integrated applications.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, configure, and customize ERP and CRM solutions to support business processes and reporting requirements
Build and maintain integrations between ERP/CRM platforms and internal or third‑party systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools
Develop and enhance workflows, business rules, forms, and user interfaces within ERP and CRM environments
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to performance, data quality, security, and integrations
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Assist with data migration, data validation, and data governance initiatives
Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and support materials
Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities across development, QA, and production environments
Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, and change‑management best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
3–6 years of experience supporting or developing ERP and/or CRM platforms
Hands‑on experience with one or more ERP/CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar
Strong experience with system configuration, customization, and workflow automation
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for reporting and troubleshooting
Experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and system integrations
Understanding of business processes (finance, sales, supply chain, customer operations, or similar domains)
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team
Nice to have:
Experience with scripting or development languages (C#, JavaScript, Apex, Python, or similar)
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization
Exposure to security, access controls, and role‑based permissions within ERP/CRM systems
Agile or DevOps experience, including version control and CI/CD pipelines
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams
