Job Description:

We are looking for an ERP/CRM Developer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will support the alignment of business objectives with application goals and help manage the roadmap for various platforms, including Tessitura, Momentus, ArtsVision, and SharePoint. This is a Contract position, offering an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive impactful solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps for Tessitura, Momentus, ArtsVision, and SharePoint, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize application improvements, new features, and integrations
  • Communicate updates about Tessitura and third-party tools to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency
  • Advocate for the use of core product functionalities and limit unnecessary customizations to streamline upgrades and support
  • Build effective relationships with key departments, including Marketing, Development, Audience Services, Education, and IT support
  • Conduct thorough research to understand stakeholder challenges and incorporate feedback into solutions
  • Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business applications
  • Actively engage with user communities and forums to stay informed about platform developments and best practices
  • Develop APIs and manage configurations to support system functionality and integrations
  • Ensure documentation and adherence to business requirement specifications throughout the development process

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP/CRM development or related roles
  • Proficiency in client-side scripting and configuration management
  • Strong skills in API development and Salesforce development
  • Experience with T-SQL (Transact-SQL) for database management and queries
  • Ability to create and manage business requirement documents effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across various departments
  • Familiarity with Tessitura, Momentus, ArtsVision, and SharePoint is highly desirable
  • Capacity to research and engage with user communities to enhance platform utilization
