Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ERP/CRM Developer to support HR operations and IT teams in optimizing and maintaining enterprise systems. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and supporting HR-related applications that enhance efficiency and improve workflows.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and system integrations
  • Implement functional improvements aligned with organizational goals
  • Serve as a primary technical resource for HR applications, collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues including user access, data inconsistencies, and system performance
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to evaluate new features and apply them to current and future business needs
  • Identify root causes of recurring incidents and deploy tested solutions
  • Oversee system upgrades and coordinate approval for change requests
  • Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements
