Analyze business processes and gather functional and technical requirements to develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
Configure and customize ERP and CRM platforms to support business workflows, data management, reporting, and user requirements
Develop and maintain client-side scripting solutions to enhance system functionality, user experience, and front-end process automation
Support API integrations between ERP/CRM systems and other enterprise applications, ensuring reliable data exchange and system interoperability
Manage configuration changes, version control, and deployment processes in alignment with configuration management best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, analysts, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable system solutions
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend technical solutions for platform optimization and performance improvement
Assist with testing, validation, and documentation of enhancements, integrations, and system changes
Provide ongoing support for system upgrades, process improvements, and platform governance
Requirements
Experience working as an ERP/CRM Consultant, Systems Analyst, or similar enterprise applications role
Strong background in client-side scripting within ERP, CRM, or web-based business applications
Proven experience creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and translating business needs into technical deliverables
Hands-on experience with configuration management processes, change control, and release coordination
Knowledge of API architecture, web services, and system integration methodologies including REST and/or SOAP
Ability to work across both functional and technical teams in a fast-paced environment
