We are looking for an ERP/CRM Consultant to support enterprise application initiatives within a hi-tech engineering environment in Salt Lake City, Utah. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can translate business needs into practical system solutions, while strengthening integrations, platform functionality, and user experience. The role will focus on configuring and enhancing ERP and CRM platforms, partnering with stakeholders to define requirements, and delivering scalable technical solutions across connected business systems.
Job Responsibility
Gather input from business stakeholders and convert operational needs into clear functional and technical documentation for ERP and CRM initiatives
Develop and maintain client-side scripts to improve system behavior, streamline user interactions, and support business process automation
Configure application settings, workflows, and platform features to align system capabilities with organizational requirements
Create and support APIs and integrations that enable reliable data exchange between Salesforce, Workday, and related enterprise applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy enhancements that improve system performance and usability
Manage configuration changes with a disciplined approach to version control, documentation, and release coordination
Participate in troubleshooting efforts to identify root causes, resolve platform issues, and minimize disruption to business operations
Provide ongoing guidance during solution delivery, including validation of requirements, testing support, and post-implementation follow-up
Requirements
Hands-on experience working as an ERP/CRM Consultant in complex enterprise environments
Strong background in client-side scripting for business application customization and enhancement
Proven ability to create business requirement documents that clearly capture stakeholder needs and solution objectives
Experience with configuration management practices, including change tracking and controlled deployment processes
Knowledge of API development and system integration methods across enterprise platforms
Practical Salesforce development experience, including customization and solution support
Familiarity with Workday and its interaction with broader business system landscapes
