Job Description

We are looking for an ERP/CRM Consultant to support business applications and deliver practical solutions that improve how teams work across the organization. This Long-term Contract position is based in Fishers, Indiana, and is ideal for someone who can translate business needs into effective system enhancements, reporting tools, and integration work. The role combines technical development with functional collaboration, requiring strong communication, configuration expertise, and hands-on experience with CRM and ERP platforms.

Job Responsibility

  • Gather operational needs from stakeholders and convert them into clear business requirement documents that guide system updates and project delivery
  • Build and maintain client-side scripting solutions to enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and support business process improvements
  • Configure ERP and CRM platforms to align with business objectives while maintaining consistency, reliability, and usability across modules
  • Design, develop, and support APIs that enable data exchange between business systems and improve application connectivity
  • Create and modify Salesforce development components to support custom functionality, automation, and user requirements
  • Develop reports and document outputs using Crystal Reports to provide meaningful insights for business users and leadership teams
  • Support Viewpoint Vista-related configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization activities to improve day-to-day system performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test enhancements, resolve application issues, and ensure solutions meet business expectations

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working as an ERP/CRM Consultant or in a similar business systems support role
  • Hands-on experience with client-side scripting in enterprise application environments
  • Ability to write and manage business requirement documents with clear functional and technical detail
  • Working knowledge of configuration management practices for ERP or CRM platforms
  • Experience developing or supporting APIs for application integration purposes
  • Practical development experience with Salesforce and familiarity with customization techniques
  • Exposure to Viewpoint Vista and Crystal Reports in a business or technical environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
