Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will act as the primary functional expert for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules, supporting business users in a post-go-live environment. This position emphasizes troubleshooting, user guidance, and process optimization and technical acumen as to communicate with Technology, Supply Chain, and Finance teams alike, making it ideal for professionals who excel in user adoption and operational improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide Tier 2 support by addressing transactional and process-related challenges within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system enhancements
  • Partner with IT and external Oracle consultants to optimize processes and improve system functionality
  • Investigate and resolve root causes of issues, such as purchase order generation or inventory discrepancies, while guiding users through solutions
  • Document recurring issues and develop training materials to enhance user adoption and confidence in Oracle Fusion
  • Facilitate communication between business users and the Technology Department to ensure requirements are effectively gathered and relayed
  • Conduct internal training sessions to improve user proficiency and system understanding
  • Monitor system usage and recommend adjustments for better alignment with organizational goals
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust in system processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Oracle Fusion or similar Oracle modules
  • Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes, including P2P, inventory transactions, receiving, and work order planning
  • Proven ability to provide post-go-live support in production environments
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working directly with business users and translating technical concepts into user-friendly language
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or consumer goods industries is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
  • Detail-oriented problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in tools and methodologies such as client-side scripting, configuration management, and business requirement documentation
