We are looking for an ERP/CRM Consultant to support enterprise application stability and continuous improvement in New York, New York. This Long-term Contract position focuses on diagnosing system issues, coordinating enhancements, and working closely with business and technology teams to deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical problem-solving skills, sound documentation practices, and experience operating within structured IT controls.
Job Responsibility
Address application defects, troubleshoot user-reported issues, and drive timely resolution of support requests
Organize and refine a queue of system fixes and enhancement items, balancing urgency, impact, and business priorities
Examine recurring problems, document findings, and translate analysis into practical recommendations for improvement
Apply established IT governance standards and follow formal change control procedures for system updates and releases
Partner with business stakeholders and IT counterparts to clarify needs, align expectations, and support solution delivery
Maintain clear records of incidents, corrective actions, and configuration updates to improve visibility and knowledge sharing
Requirements
Hands-on experience in ERP and/or CRM support, administration, or consulting roles
Proficiency with client-side scripting and related customization techniques
Ability to create and maintain business requirement documentation with clarity and accuracy
Working knowledge of configuration management practices in controlled IT environments
Experience with API development and system integration concepts
Salesforce development experience, including customization and troubleshooting capabilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and recommend effective solutions
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
