We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in San Antonio, Texas. This role is perfect for a versatile marketing automation specialist who excels at managing digital campaigns, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting platform integrations. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing marketing systems while contributing to seamless workflows and campaign success.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and optimize campaigns within ActiveCampaign and support the transition to ActiveDEMAND
Monitor campaign performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly to ensure smooth execution
Ensure accurate integration and data flow between systems, including WordPress websites, marketing platforms, and CRM tools
Validate lead generation data to ensure it is accurately captured and synced across platforms
Assist in managing digital marketing efforts for key clients, particularly in the senior living sector
Support the creation and tracking of landing pages and forms to enhance campaign effectiveness
Stabilize the current ActiveCampaign environment and assist with onboarding and implementing ActiveDEMAND
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to marketing workflows and system processes
Execute multi-channel digital initiatives, including social media and paid advertising campaigns
Troubleshoot technical issues across marketing systems to ensure consistent performance
Requirements:
Proven experience with marketing automation platforms such as ActiveCampaign, ActiveDEMAND, HubSpot, or Marketo
Strong understanding of lead generation processes and CRM integrations
Familiarity with website management tools like WordPress and the ability to troubleshoot related technical issues
Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, preferably within an agency setting
Proficiency in analyzing data using tools like Google Analytics and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Nice to have:
Experience with ActiveDEMAND or similar platforms is highly desirable
Knowledge of CRM systems like WelcomeHome is a plus
Exposure to senior living or healthcare marketing is advantageous but not required
