Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Houston, Texas. This Contract-to-permanent position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in IT and accounting to oversee system implementations, process automation, and user management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining operations and enhancing system efficiencies.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the implementation of ERP and CRM systems with a focus on Deltek, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure
Develop and manage user permissions and profiles, including creating new users within the system
Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimize payroll systems and banking integrations
Utilize tools such as Power Automate and Python to design and implement process automation solutions
Analyze and streamline business processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
Provide technical support for system configurations and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Act as a liaison between IT and finance departments to ensure alignment in project goals
Conduct thorough testing and validation of system enhancements and updates
Create detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and system changes
Offer training and support to end-users to ensure effective system adoption

Requirements:

Proven experience with ERP and CRM systems, particularly Deltek
Strong background in IT and accounting, with a solid understanding of finance-related processes
Proficiency in automation tools such as Power Automate and programming languages like Python
Familiarity with payroll systems and banking integrations, including JP Morgan
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in user management, including creating permissions and profiles
