We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to support the optimization and expansion of Salesforce functionality for a growing organization. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in enhancing Salesforce usage, particularly for the sales team, while ensuring current processes remain unaffected.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements
Design and implement Salesforce solutions that support sales team processes while maintaining existing functionality
Conduct a thorough review of current Salesforce configurations and provide recommendations for optimization
Build and configure Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud features, to centralize and streamline sales documentation
Develop and execute training programs for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
Manage the integration of APIs and oversee configuration management to support system scalability
Create detailed documentation for all implemented solutions, ensuring clarity for future reference
Monitor and test Salesforce environments to ensure stability and performance
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues
Assist in aligning Salesforce functionality with broader organizational goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in Salesforce development and administration, including Sales Cloud implementation
Proficiency in Apex coding, triggers, and Visualforce development
Strong skills in client-side scripting and API development
Expertise in business requirement documentation and configuration management
Familiarity with Salesforce environments and integration of Salesforce APIs
Ability to train users and communicate technical concepts effectively
Experience in optimizing Salesforce functionality for sales teams
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
