Job Description:

This long-term contract role offers an exciting opportunity to stabilize and enhance ERP/CRM environments by delivering effective solutions for financial processes, reporting, and system configurations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Configure and optimize ERP/CRM systems to improve financial processes and reporting capabilities
  • Enhance financial controls, profitability analysis, and costing structures within the system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP/CRM modules such as MM, SD, and PP
  • Simplify financial structures, including profit centers and reporting hierarchies, for better efficiency
  • Implement and monitor financial governance measures, such as journal approvals and segregation of duties
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and user training documentation
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analyses, and ensure timely resolutions
  • Coordinate with technical teams to manage system enhancements, interfaces, and reports
  • Lead requirement-gathering workshops to align system configurations with business needs
  • Provide expert advice on stabilization, optimization, and transformation projects for ERP/CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in ERP/CRM configuration, particularly in financial and controlling modules
  • Hands-on experience with general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and profitability analysis
  • Proven ability to implement financial controls and optimize costing structures
  • Familiarity with integration processes involving MM, SD, and PP modules
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system stabilization and optimization
  • Strong communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and lead discussions
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in ERP/CRM environments, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
