Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Configuration SME to join our team in Carrollton, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will leverage your deep expertise in SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA to optimize and stabilize financial processes, enhance reporting structures, and implement effective controls. This position requires a hands-on individual with strong attention to detail, capable of delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Configure and optimize SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling
  • Enhance financial controls and reporting structures to streamline profitability analysis and cost management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MM, SD, and PP modules
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Develop and deliver functional specifications, test scripts, and user training documentation
  • Simplify financial structures, such as profit centers and reporting hierarchies, for improved efficiency
  • Implement financial governance measures, including journal approvals and segregation of duties
  • Coordinate with technical teams to facilitate system enhancements, interfaces, and reporting requirements
  • Lead workshops and discussions to gather business requirements and align solutions with organizational goals
  • Provide expert guidance on S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal functionalities

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in SAP FI/CO configuration and business processes
  • Proven expertise in financial optimization and transformation projects
  • Strong knowledge of financial governance and control measures
  • Hands-on experience with profitability analysis and cost center accounting
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Exposure to S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal is preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience
