Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Configuration SME to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Carrollton, Texas, and requires expertise in SAP Production Planning, capacity planning, and S/4HANA integration. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing and stabilizing production processes while ensuring seamless system configuration and optimization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Configure and optimize SAP Production Planning parameters to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Develop and implement solutions for capacity planning and production scheduling
  • Analyze and resolve production order, BOM, and routing issues to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support enhancements, interfaces, and reporting requirements
  • Provide integration solutions with SAP MM, FI, and SD modules to streamline workflows
  • Drive shop floor execution improvements and optimize manufacturing processes
  • Troubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user training materials
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements
  • Lead initiatives to improve planning accuracy and resolve system-related challenges

Requirements:

  • Strong functional expertise in SAP Production Planning configuration and manufacturing processes
  • Proven experience in stabilizing and optimizing SAP systems within manufacturing environments
  • In-depth knowledge of production planning concepts, including BOMs, routings, and production orders
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA and its integration capabilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience working with SAP Production Planning in global manufacturing environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to lead requirement-gathering workshops
