We are looking for an ERP/CRM Configuration SME to support enterprise platform optimization in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This position focuses on translating business needs into effective system configurations, custom enhancements, and scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong platform expertise with the ability to document requirements, develop integrations, and improve overall system performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gather, interpret, and refine business needs to create clear functional documentation and solution designs
  • Configure ERP and CRM platform features to align system behavior with operational and customer-facing processes
  • Develop and maintain client-side scripts to extend application functionality and improve user experience
  • Build and support APIs and system integrations that enable reliable data exchange across business applications
