ERP/CRM Architect

• Create and implement robust Salesforce solutions that align with organizational objectives and ensure high performance
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, functional architecture and seamless system integrations
• Build custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to meet specific needs
• Integrate Salesforce with core systems such as Business Central, Powerfaids, and Paycom
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and administrators to enhance user engagement and system functionality
• Oversee testing, deployment, and CI/CD processes to ensure smooth implementation of updates
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and enforce governance standards to uphold security and compliance
• Provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices, security protocols, and system limitations
• Identify opportunities to optimize the Salesforce ecosystem for scalability and growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and managing complex system integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently in a dynamic environment
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce security measures, data modeling, and system limits

Preferred certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Application/System Architect, Integration Architect
