Job Description

Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify an ERP consultant (contract). In this role, we are looking for someone with expertise in QMlative ERP to support implementation, optimization, and ongoing system enhancements for our business operations. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality, streamline processes, and drive efficiency across finance, operations, and supply chain workflows. This role is onsite in Austin, Tx.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead or support QMlative ERP implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements
  • Configure and customize QMlative modules to align with business requirements
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for QMlative ERP across functional areas
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in finance, accounting, operations, and IT to improve workflows
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows and user guides
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure system adoption and efficiency
  • Assist with data migration, validation, and integration with third-party systems
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs within QMlative
  • Support testing efforts (UAT, regression, and system testing) for new functionality
  • Recommend best practices to continuously optimize ERP usage and performance

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working with QMlative ERP (implementation or administration)
  • Extensive understanding of ERP business processes (finance, accounting, inventory, order management, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP configuration, customization, and reporting
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate technical solutions
  • Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting ERP integrations and data migrations
  • Proficiency with SQL or reporting tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
