We are looking for an ERP Consultant to join a construction-focused organization in Pooler, Georgia. This permanent exempt role will help shape business process improvements, strengthen ERP performance, and partner with stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective system solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong functional consulting experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to support both day-to-day operations and larger enhancement initiatives.
Job Responsibility
Partner with business teams to evaluate new operational needs and recommend practical ERP solutions that align with company goals
Analyze workflow challenges, document future-state processes, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate testing for system enhancements
Lead continuous improvement efforts by delivering ERP-related projects, upgrades, and process refinements across the organization
Provide ongoing support for the current ERP environment by resolving user issues, responding to helpdesk requests, and improving reporting capabilities
Train end users and promote stronger business adoption by clarifying system functionality and best practices
Contribute to the rollout of manufacturing templates and related applications for U.S. operations, including support for S/4HANA initiatives and connected business tools
Assist with post-implementation activities such as validation, user guidance, and stabilization following system changes or go-live events
Requirements
At least 5 years of functional ERP consulting experience, including hands-on work with business processes, system configuration, and solution delivery
Strong expertise in SAP SD and SAP MM, with the ability to support configuration changes and business process improvements to a high standard
Experience creating functional documentation, coordinating test activities, delivering user training, and providing post-go-live support
Demonstrated consulting ability to define requirements, map processes, and guide stakeholders toward effective solutions
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and related areas such as GATP, PP, QM, warranty, work order processes, or vehicle management is preferred
Technical awareness such as debugging exposure, API-related understanding, or broader systems knowledge is considered an advantage
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a detail-focused, customer-focused approach with strong follow-through and adaptability
Willingness to work in an on-site office environment in Pooler, Georgia and travel domestically or internationally as needed
