Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Architect to design, lead, and govern enterprise‑wide ERP solutions that support scalable business operations. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution, ensuring ERP platforms are optimized, integrated, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the end‑to‑end ERP architecture, including system design, data models, integrations, and security frameworks
  • Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions that support finance, operations, supply chain, HR, and manufacturing functions
  • Define ERP architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
  • Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations (cloud, hybrid, or on‑prem)
  • Design and oversee system integrations between ERP and third‑party applications (CRM, WMS, BI, payroll, etc.)
  • Partner with business stakeholders to optimize ERP processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide architectural guidance to internal teams, implementation partners, and vendors
  • Ensure data integrity, performance, compliance, and system reliability
  • Support ERP roadmap planning, technology evaluations, and platform selection decisions
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and guide long‑term architectural decisions

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working with enterprise ERP systems
  • Proven experience as an ERP Architect, ERP Technical Lead, or Solution Architect
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of at least one major ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday, Infor, or Acumatica)
  • Deep understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, or Projects
  • Experience designing integrations using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and data warehouses
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and data architecture
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional discussions and influence technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong documentation, design, and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience leading multi‑entity or global ERP implementations
  • Familiarity with ERP security, role‑based access, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with ERP reporting, analytics, and BI tools
  • Background in ERP modernization, cloud migration, or system consolidation initiatives
  • ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.) a plus
