Lead ERP modernization initiatives, including cloud ERP and platform upgrades
Own enterprise applications workstreams for acquisitions: ERP migrations, consolidations, and system rationalization
Process alignment across plants, regions, and acquired entities

Deep hands‑on knowledge across core ERP domains (O2C, P2P, inventory, warehouse, finance)
Proven success leading ERP consolidations and post‑merger integrations
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory flows, and operational dependencies
Experience integrating ERP platforms with ecommerce, SaaS, and planning systems
Working knowledge of EDI/B2B, APIs, middleware, or iPaaS solutions
Significant leadership experience managing ERP applications in manufacturing, distribution, or other operations-intensive environments
Strong hands-on knowledge of core ERP functions, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, warehouse operations, finance, and cost accounting
Demonstrated success leading ERP consolidation efforts and supporting system integration work associated with acquisitions or organizational expansion
Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows, inventory movement, and the operational dependencies that influence system design
Experience integrating ERP platforms with ecommerce systems, software-as-a-service applications, and supply chain or planning tools
Working knowledge of integration methods and technologies such as APIs, middleware, iPaaS solutions, or B2B/EDI connectivity
Familiarity with ERP modernization initiatives, including cloud environments, platform enhancements, or enterprise application transformation efforts
Experience with tools or environments such as Epicor, ABAP, enterprise application integration, and supply chain systems is valued
