We are looking for a power user with Infor ERP experience to join our team. Ideally you will be local to Connecticut but we are open to remote candidates who are on the east coast and able to travel to CT monthly. In this role, you will take ownership of our Infor ERP system, ensuring its optimal configuration, integration, and security to meet business objectives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, support adoption through training and documentation, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the migration from Infor SX.e to the latest ERP system, ensuring seamless data transfer, validation, and training
Develop and execute testing strategies, establish sign-off criteria, and oversee cutover readiness
Manage and administer the ERP system, including optimizing configurations for processes like quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory management
Configure and maintain pricing records and special pricing agreements to support business operations
Monitor ERP processes, troubleshoot transaction errors, and collaborate with partners to implement new mappings
Serve as the product owner for the ERP system, maintaining a roadmap, prioritizing backlog items, and driving system adoption
Oversee vendor and partner relationships, including managing scopes of work, service agreements, and prioritization of tasks
Identify process improvement opportunities by analyzing workflows, gathering stakeholder input, and documenting future-state configurations
Coordinate training programs and create role-specific documentation, such as SOPs and quick-reference guides, to support system users
Implement change management strategies, track adoption rates, and facilitate feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements:
At least 5-8 years of experience managing or administering distribution ERP platforms, preferably including Infor ERP systems
Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and lead cross-functional teams through discovery, implementation, and sustainment
Proficiency in creating process maps and translating business needs into actionable configuration requirements
Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining pricing records and special pricing agreements
Skilled in monitoring ERP transactions and resolving mapping or processing errors
Familiarity with the principles and practices of ERP system administration
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated expertise in vendor and partner management, including coordinating support tickets, prioritizing tasks, and driving project outcomes
