Job Description:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented ERP Applications Administrator to join our IT team and support the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and integration of our enterprise systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving complex problems across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibility:

Administer, support, and optimize ERP and CRM systems to meet evolving business needs
Manage and execute data integrations between ERP and other internal/external systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow and system performance
Develop documentation, procedures, and training materials for ERP-related processes
Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support and training as needed

Requirements:

3+ years of experience administering ERP systems (e.g., Axis, SAGE, NetSuite, or similar)
Hands-on experience with data integration tools, APIs, and SQL scripting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors
