Job Description

During your internship you will work on a project in the Functional architecture of neural circuits group (https://rossilab.iit.it) coordinated by Federico Rossi. This group focuses on visual, circuit and computational neuroscience. Your activity will comprise Analysis of 2-photon imaging neural data, Analysis of behavioural data, Analysis of connectomics data. And will allow you to develop competences in Analysis of population recordings (suite2p and python), Quantification of behaviour (DeepLabCut and python), Analysis of the MICrONS dataset.

Requirements

  • To be registered as a student in an undergraduate master’s degree programme in Neuroscience, Biology, Cognitive science or a cognate field of study for the entire duration of your stay at IIT
