Lead and execute key Employee Relations projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategies. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Head of Employee Relations, ER Leadership Team, and Global ER Team to support initiatives and transformations. Enhance operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements to increase team productivity and effectiveness. Facilitate alignment between Employee Relations and stakeholders on strategies, deliverables, and objectives. Develop and support the implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth organisational transitions. Foster strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, to ensure Employee Relations initiatives are in harmony with broader organisational objectives.
