5+ years of product management experience or deep operational experience in Private Equity with a proven track record of successfully adopting and driving new technologies to improve business outcomes
Deep fluency in real estate and infrastructure markets and data, including understanding of asset characteristics, valuation methodologies, and industry-specific operational requirements
Solid understanding of AI and intelligent agents, enabling productive and strategic conversations with technical leaders to identify and implement AI-driven solutions

Job Responsibility

Own all accounting and financial reporting projects supporting Private Equity service delivery, including the evaluation and adoption of new features as relevant
Lead delivery of operations and business support technology for Private Equity establishing clear prioritization frameworks based on expected impact and business value
Partner closely with client delivery organizations to identify key operational challenges and develop technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency and service quality
Define and document target capabilities and requirements related to Private Equity operations delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Collaborate with other product leads across Private Equity as well as delivery product leads, to ensure consistent and seamless client experiences for multi-asset strategies
Drive the definition and implementation of an opinionated target operations support model for Private Equity enabling measurable transitions to Centers of Excellence (COE)
Identify, design, and scope new automations and capabilities, understanding root causes of delivery challenges and developing solutions that address them effectively
Establish and track clear success metrics to measure product impact across quality, efficiency, and team adoption, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights
