Job Description:

Pareto Securities is expanding its electronic trading business in Sweden, and we are looking for a driven Equity Sales professional to join our Stockholm office. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and managing a client base of private online investors, working closely with our electronic trading team to deliver best-in-class execution and service. Our brokers and sales traders operate from Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Zürich, London, New York, and Singapore, supported by our in-depth Pareto Equity Research coverage.

Requirements:

  • Proven drive and motivation with a strong interest in financial markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of the Swedish online brokerage landscape is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related business field, with solid academic results
  • Previous experience in equity sales or trading is a plus, but not required
