We’re seeking a skilled Broker to join our Equity Sales division in New York. As part of our Equity Sales team, you will manage and grow relationships with institutional clients, distribute equity research and investment ideas, and work closely with our trading and research teams to deliver best-in-class execution and insight. You will have real responsibility from day one, operating in a flat, entrepreneurial environment where good ideas are heard and rewarded.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in equity sales or a related capital markets role
  • Demonstrated skill in building and sustaining strong client relationships through proactive engagement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong negotiation and analytical abilities
  • Solid academic background with a bachelor's/master's degree in economics, finance, or other business-related fields
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or the ability and willingness to obtain licensing
