Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Equity Consultant to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting equity program initiatives for a publicly held company. This role requires a strong background in equity programs and financial processes to ensure seamless operations and documentation.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive support for equity programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards
  • Collaborate with existing resources to assist in the strategic planning and execution of equity-related tasks
  • Facilitate the transition to a new equity management platform, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and standard operating protocols
  • Analyze and report on equity program performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with finance teams to support month-end closing activities
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support equity-related decision-making
  • Prepare forecasts and models to guide equity program strategy
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements related to equity programs

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing equity programs for publicly held companies
  • Expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
  • Strong ability to perform month-end close activities efficiently
  • Proficiency in forecasting and creating financial models
  • Excellent skills in process documentation and standard operating procedure development
